Adult Leadership Class
The Adult Leadership Class is a nine-month program that gives participants valuable information on the inner workings of the Eastern Idaho Community. A program of the Greater Idaho Falls Chamber of Commerce, sponsored by the Idaho National Laboratory, the program meets every month providing a forum for our participants to engage in the following activities:
- Site visits from "behind the scenes" perspectives on key businesses and programs.
- Networking with community leaders and business associates.
- Interacting with community experts on a one-on-one basis.
- Planning, overseeing and securing speakers for sessions of the Program.
- Working in teamwork structures to research and present community issues to other participant groups.

Youth Leadership Class
The GIFCC Youth Leadership Class is mirrored after the GIFCC Adult Leadership Class and is a seven-month program that gives area junior and senior high students valuable information on the inner workings of the Eastern Idaho Community. The class is scheduled for the first Thursday of every month, October 2012-May 2013 and will be a full-day class. Classes include: Law Enforcement Day, Healthcare Day, Arts & Culture Day, Business Day and many more. The program is managed by the Greater Idaho Falls Chamber of Commerce to provide a forum for students to engage in the following activities:
- Site visits from "behind the scenes" perspectives on key businesses and programs.
- Networking with community leaders and business associates.
- Interacting with community experts on a one-on-one basis.
- Working in teamwork structures to research and present community issues to other participant groups.
- Working in teamwork structures to plan and organize a community service project

Success For Youth
Providing teens, grades 7-12, who live in East Idaho with the fundamental principles of personal development and the resources to help them reach their full potential. The group meets once a month from 3:30-5:00pm.
Mission
Provide a network and forum for teens:
- Encourage youth to discover their potential
- Think, speak and act positively
- Meet and learn from local business leaders
- Define and pursue dreams
- Learn practical skills for business and life
