Focus Group

The purpose of the Focus Group is to facilitate the generation of business leads for members of the group through a networking environment. The group has anywhere from 10-35 members and is a combination of individuals from the business community who meet once a week to share ideas, information and ultimately exchange leads/referrals. Each group includes only one representative from a particular product of service.

 

Objectives:

To promote and provide a means for members to exchange business leads and information.

To encourage expansion and growth of members' businesses.

To keep members informed about potential business opportunities.

To encourage cooperation amongst our members.

 

Membership Guidelines Membership in the Focus Group is composed of people and businesses each representing a different trade or profession so that no other competing business will be present. Any business interested in joining one of the leads groups is allowed two visits before deciding whether or not to join that group.

 

What to Expect Each member is given the opportunity to give the group information on their company, talk about upcoming events and sales that they are running. At every meeting, member business cards are distributed and members are welcome to share any other literature they have with them, such as brochures, flyers and announcements. Each week one member has the opportunity to be a 10 minute education speaker or a 30 minute spotlight speaker to share information on their business.
